As we’ve stated before, we stand by our product 100%. If for some reason things didn’t work out to your liking, return your item(s) within 30 days in the same condition they were shipped and we will repair, exchange, and/or provide you with a full refund. Returns on Sizing
Although our sizing and fits are described in the description, choosing your size online is never an exact science and we understand this. If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different size, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) being exchanged, and the new size you think is better for you. Ship your original item(s) in the same condition they were received (using our return instructions below) and we’ll send your new replacement item(s) as soon as the old one makes it to us. Note* If you’re located outside of the United States, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the exchange.
Returns on Defective products
We do a pretty thorough check of the items leaving our shop and we can’t be responsible for item defects through shipping. However if you receive a defective product (within 30 days of receipt) contact us directly.
Post 30 Day policy
Our policy lasts 30 days - If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on tracking), we can not offer you store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
All returns must be pre-authorized by firstname.lastname@example.org. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address below and provide us with a tracking number so we can confirm it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
